HCL IQY Degree College of
Hong Kong has been established to provide engineering ,
business , management and environmental degree and diploma courses to the
students of Hong Kong.
HCL IQY Degree College is
established by collaboration between HCL Consulting Ltd. was established in 2001 for providing
professional services in building consultancy, project management as well as
ISO 9001 & QSPSC certification. In 2005, HCL expanded to Macau and opened
the Ho Chung Ming Consultants (Macau) Ltd AND IQY Technical College which is
registered with Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) which
consists of IQY Degree College, IPEMTU Degree College, IPEM Technological
University and IQY Technical University Turkey.
Dr Chung Ming Ho (Tommy Ho), founder of HCL Consulting Ltd is Dean of HCL IQY Degree
College Hong Kong.
