If you just finish BE degree from other Universities other IQY and its affiliated universities and have no work experience or have not worked yet, before you do the Master of Engineering program, you need to do the Graduate Capstone and Intern Study unless you have complete them before.

But if you want to do Masters degree other than Master of Engineering, you can do straightaway.
