IQY Technical College is primarily online based teaching and learning system.

To effectively perform the teaching tasks in both personal face to face teaching and online delivery, the divisions are made to offer the various vocational education diploma to degree courses, basic education certificate courses and higher education degree courses in engineering and non engineering.

It is jointly operated by IQY Technical College and SPE International	IPEM Technological University provides Co-ordination and Facilitation of international degree programs and serves as agent for foreign universities ,colleges and professional organizations. It also manage St Clements University Myanmar College	IQY Technical University is operated by EFT Engineering High Technology Limited in Turkey to provide Online and Physical Teaching in Turkey and Middle East	IQY Cooking School and IQY Physical Training provides cooking and physical training online information	High School Level Basic Education and Vocational Education courses are provided by online mode as well as facilitate the personal face to face training courses organized by IQY Technical and Vocational Training. It also co-operates with other vocational education providers and manage teaching and learning programs in Facebook groups It also manage various Facebooks Groups in Employment and Education by collaboration with The Institution of Professional Engineers Myanmar. It also manage IQY Technical College Fiji	Teaching of Online Short Course Information Technology Programs of IQY Technical College. Formerly IQY Technical College was formed within Highlight Computer Group in 2012. Due to change of situations, Highlight Computer Group is just the symbolic branch of IQY Technical College to provide the IT education and Training.
